It was really hazy and smoky outside today, and ash was falling from the sky. It is becuase of the forest fires in BC, and it made the sky very hazy and it also made the sun look orange. It's better now though, not as hazy outside, and I can actually see the stars.

Well it's been just over 24 hours, and the whole LJ communites thing has worked out very well, and it has, in fact, made my online experiance more enjoyable. Yay! Speaking of that, I think tommorow I'm going to write my huge, giant, rant about Carby. That should be fun--look forward to that.

Anyway, I'm not sure what else to do, so I'll probably do what I always do: watch David Letterman and stay up until all hours of the night. Sounds like fun!

1. How old are you? (I know it's standard, but I don't know.) 16
2. What's your favorite Maura movie? Hmm...this is tough. Unfortunately, I haven't seen them all (*curses self*), so I can't really be an accurate judge. However, She was damn good in Oxygen. Hell she's damn good in everything, she's a fabulous actress! But then you know that,
3. What's your favorite TV show aside from ER? Of ones that are still currently airing new episodes? JAG. Ones that aren't include The X-Files, NewsRadio, Seinfeld.
4. What's your pet peeve? People who are full of themselves; who have a big ego and are arrogant.
5. Do you like roller coasters? Uh, they're okay, I guess. Not a huge fan though, and I haven't been on enough of them to know for sure.

Well, I actually went to bed last night. I felt like staying up really late again, but I decided against it. I needed the sleep anyway.

My mom tells me that we're all going out for lunch with my grandma, which is cool, becuase at least it gives me something to do, other than sit around here and waste my life away infront of the computer screen. Well, wasting my life in this way can be fun, but I don't really think it is really healthy....

Well for once things in my life are going fairly good. Paxil seems to be working, and my anxiety is under control. That is probably becuase I'm not in school (school is my major source of stress), but time will tell. After that whole ordeal with Jamie ended, things in my life seemed to turn for the better, instead of just "seeming" like they were better, when in fact they weren't. The only thing left is that I am left wanting is a girlfriend, but I'm not so worried about that anymore. I'll wait until school starts, and if it happens, it happens. If not, then I guess I'll just have to deal with it.

Power is out all along the eastern seaboard. Toronto, Detriot, New York - everywhere. It's crazy. They say it was a technical thing, not a terrorist thing, which is good.

Pretty crazy stuff. Hopefully it will come back on before nightfall.

Guess that means no Train 48 tonight. Damn.

Here is an audio clip of me, playing guitar. I play a bit of "YYZ" by Rush. as well as snippets of "Stariway to Heaven" (Led Zep), "Natural Science" (also Rush), and then I do a crazy, improvised solo. I then end with a reprise of "YYZ".
